How Much Life Insurance Should I Have?

If you have dependents that need your income to live on, the rule of thumb is 8 to 10 times your annual income. Your individual circumstances may require more or less than this number.

What is the difference between a ROTH IRA and a regular IRA?

They both have the potential to grow tax deferred but the Roth IRA is also TAX FREE (certain requirements apply) at retirement time, where as the withdraws from a regular "deductible" IRA is 100% taxable.  Withdraws prior to age 591/2 for both may be subject to a 10% penalty and taxes.
